I was a first time home buyer from San Francisco, and I was completely clueless about the entire home process. Cheng really demystified everything, from loans, home inspections, appraisals, etc. We spent many months searching for the perfect home, and even amidst a pandemic, Cheng was also reachable. On May 18th of this year, I met Cheng at an open house in Sacramento. I’d viewed the listing online and decided to travel 3+ hours from the Silicon Valley area to actually see the home. The second I walked into the home, I knew it was the right place for my dog and I! I had some questions that Cheng promised to answer at a later time.
